Our Policy
We stand behind our product quality. If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Sizing Tolerance
Every playmat is individually made to order. This can lead to unique margin variation of ±1–3cm, which is not considered a defect. Please review the size guide before ordering.
